HireBlue is a direct hire employment placement agency (NAICS 561311). We do not provide temporary staffing, payroll, or leasing services. All candidates placed through HireBlue become your full employees from day one. Our insurance is designed to cover our role as a direct hire recruiter — so you can hire with confidence.

Yes. HireBlue maintains a full suite of insurance coverage to protect our clients, our candidates, and our business.

  • Errors & Omissions (E&O) / Professional Liability
    Protects clients against claims related to the professional services we provide, such as negligent placement, misrepresentation, or breach of contract.
  • General Liability
    Covers third-party bodily injury or property damage that could occur in the normal course of our business.
  • Workers’ Compensation & Employers’ Liability
    Covers only HireBlue’s internal employees. Candidates we place become direct employees of your company, so workers’ compensation and payroll are your responsibility.
  • Peace of Mind – You’re working with a firm that invests in risk management and compliance.
  • Clear Responsibility – Our coverage protects you from issues related to the services we perform, while you retain responsibility for your own employees.
  • Contract Friendly – We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and add your company as a certificate holder (or additional insured if required).

We typically maintain $1M per claim / $2M aggregate for both E&O and General Liability. Higher limits can be arranged if required by contract.

Upon request, HireBlue will provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that confirms our current coverage and policy limits.
